Cellulite Exercise # 1: Reverse Lunges
This exercise helps to tighten the muscles in your glutes and quads. Stand straight with feet shoulder-width apart. Take dumbbells weighing 2-2.5 kg in each hand. With your right leg, begin to lunge backward, while bending your knees 90 degrees. Linger a little at the bottom, then return to the starting position. Do 12-15 reps.
Cellulite Exercise # 2: Romanian Deadlift
This exercise helps to tighten the glutes and biceps. Stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart. Take one dumbbell in each hand. Bend your knees slightly and slowly bend forward, leaving your buttocks behind you (imagine sitting on a high chair), while keeping your knees slightly bent. Tighten your glutes and return to starting position. Do 8-10 reps.
Cellulite Exercise # 3: Squats
Squats don’t just help get rid of cellulite. They also strengthen the gluteus muscles and make them more prominent. To increase the load and effectiveness of the exercise, do dumbbell squats. Stand upright, feet shoulder-width apart, back straight. Begin to bend your knees, assuming a position as if you were sitting on a chair. In this case, the knees should not go beyond the level of the toes: their angle should be equal to 90 degrees. Return to starting position and do 8-15 reps.
Cellulite Exercise # 4: Burpee
