This is how creative you can prepare eggs

The great thing about eggs is the immense variety of the preparation. Hard-boiled, as scrambled eggs, as a poached egg or as a fried egg – in theory, eggs could be prepared differently every day of the week. In addition, eggs are quite healthy, they contain valuable vitamins and minerals. So that there is no boredom at the breakfast table, we will show you four different ways of preparing eggs.

1.) Poached eggs

For this you need:

  • 3 eggs
  • Vegetable oil

Furthermore:

  • Cling film
  • Wire cord or kitchen thread
  • Spring onions for garnish

That is how it goes:

1.1) Put the cling film in a small bowl and put a few drops of oil on it. Then beat an egg in and tie the foil together with a string or wire.

1.2) Put the small egg bags in hot water for about 12-15 minutes and then frighten them under cold water. Remove the foil and serve the eggs with chopped spring onions.

For this you need:

  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 toothpick
  • Floss without flavor

That is how it goes:

2.1) Tie a knot in a piece of dental floss, but don’t pull it fully yet. Insert a toothpick into the loop and then tighten the knot.

2.2) Now press the toothpick in the middle of a hard-boiled egg. Then use the dental floss to cut a zigzag pattern all around the egg. Unfold the egg and place it on a salad as a real eye-catcher.

3.) Egg salad with crushed egg

For this you need:

  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • Onion net

For the salad:

  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Spring onions for serving

That is how it goes:

3.1) Put the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl. Then press the hard-boiled eggs through the onion net.

3.2) Mix everything and the delicious egg salad is ready.

4.) Long egg

For this you need:

  • 4 eggs
  • Vegetable oil

Furthermore:

  • 1 water glass (5 cm diameter)
  • 1 shot glass (3.5 cm diameter)
  • 1 pot of water

That is how it goes:

4.1) First, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Then grease a shot glass with oil and add the whisked egg yolk.

4.2) Place the shot glass with the egg yolk in a pot filled with water and let the egg yolk set at approx. 90 ° C.

4.3) Take the solidified egg yolk out of the glass and put it in a greased water glass. Then fill up the glass with the whisked egg whites.

4.4) Put the water glass in a pot of hot water and cover the glass with a small plate. Wait for the egg white to set, take the glass out of the water, and slide the egg roll out of the glass while it’s still warm.

So you can prepare eggs so exciting. The four variants not only taste good, they are also a lot of fun while they are being prepared.
